Iceflake is a divine knife that was originally obtainable by purchasing it separately from the Iceflake Gamepass for 1699 Robux or from the Ice Bundle for 3399 Robux during the 2021 Christmas Event. Now it can only be obtained through an exchange, since since then game passes have ceased to be sold.

So it is noted on their website that u get a refund when u don´t get your order after 24hours and I can tell you guys that it is really no problem to get it. There are no annoying questions or stuff like that. I btw got my refund because my item was out of stock so even in this situation u get a refund which is insanely nice. Only can recommend.
